Home Learning

Below are some of the online learning tools that the children will have access to from home.

All of the below require usernames and passwords and these were given out to the children as school closed.  If for any reason your child does not have their details please contact the school office at tredegarpark.primary@newport.gov.uk and this information will be sent to you.

We need to find out if there is anyone who has no access to technology in order to carry out our home learning documents.  If you are aware of any families who have no access, please can you send us an email on their behalf.  We want to make sure that everyone can access home learning.

Are you feeling the strain of the current COVID19 situation?

If you feel that you need help with anything, please contact our Family and Community Engagement Officers Ms Beecher and Mrs Short. You may want advice on how to support your child at home or you may need guidance on managing behaviour. Whatever your need, we will try to help as we know that this is a challenging time for everyone. Please remember, you are not on your own. If we can’t help, we can always try to find someone who can, so please get in contact.

Mrs Short can be contacted on: Joanne.Short@newport.gov.uk

Ms Beecher can be contacted on: Lucy.Beecher@newport.gov.uk

As our Face Officers job share and work on different days, please ensure that you include both members of staff in your email so that you will not have to wait too long for a reply.

Newport Children’s Services Teams have produced two leaflets including helpful information, advice and guidance to support your child's well-being. The packs include tips to help children better understand the coronavirus and its impact on our lives.

Stay Home. Stay Safe.
