Duffryn Community Link

The staff at Tredegar Park Primary School work closely with Duffryn Community Link in order to support our families in the best way possible. Duffryn Community Link are able to provide a variety of opportunities for our families, ranging from coffee mornings, support chats, wellbeing support sessions, health awareness sessions, positivity sessions and more.

Mel, the Family Engagement Officer for Duffryn is a well-known face across the school. Many of our children know Mel from her active involvement in Tuesday’s Youth Club. Since taking over the role of Family Engagement Officer, Mel now spends the majority of her time working alongside parents and seeking opportunities for the community.

The Youth Team play an active part in the daily life of Tredegar Park Primary as they are seen as another branch of support for our children. You will always see the Youth Team visiting the school to work alongside staff to ensure that the children feel confident, happy and safe. We value the support that the team provide to our children at Tredegar Park Primary School.
